Two-stage adiabatic cooling

The two-stage cooling technology breaks with the conventions of conventional hall cooling, as it surpasses single-stage adiabatic systems in every respect. The problem of single-stage adiabatic cooling is well known: the air is cooled directly, which often leads to high humidity and sub-optimal cooling capacity because the air is not prepared (keyword tropical climate). In contrast, the two-stage process works as follows: First, the air is pre-cooled by an air-water heat exchanger (the cooling water is brought to cooling temperature by the system itself) and only then does direct adiabatic cooling take place. This double procedure maximizes cooling capacity, cools the supply air below the wet-bulb temperature and minimizes moisture input by up to 60 %. You benefit from up to 7°C cooler temperatures and keep the room humidity in the optimal range for humans and machines.
