dust removal systems
INFRANORM dust removal systems® reliably filter all dry particles and dust that arise in your production — from grinding dust and chips via dusts made of wood, plastic or metal up to emissions from processes such as plasma cutting or Flame cutting. Dust is not just a polluting factor, but a serious hazard. We offer you tailor-made dry dust removal systems that themselves smallest (alveolar) particles record directly at the source and comply with the legal limits not only comply, but also reliably fall below.

Welding fume extraction & solder extraction
Protection against smoke, vapors and solvents. Welding fume and solder extractors from INFRANORM® are essential for recording thermally generated and chemical pollutants. These include welding fumes (small particles passing through alveoli), Soldering fumes and vapors, Solvents and VOCs as well as carcinogens (e.g. chromates). Welding and soldering produce harmful particles that are often smaller than 1 micron and penetrate deep into the lungs. Simple extraction is not enough here.

Filters for oil, emulsion mist and aerosols
INFRANORM separator® eliminate liquid aerosols and vapors that occur during machining and processing processes. This includes oil mist, oil smoke, emulsion mist as well as Vapors from casting machines and aerosols from processing machines (turning, milling, grinding).
We plan and build maintenance-free Aerosol, oil mist and oil smoke filters with consistently highest degrees of separation (99.97%). We make this possible thanks to the proven fiberglass drainage technology, which maximizes downtime and minimizes maintenance costs. Through direct extraction at the source, we also avoid oversizing.

This includes special filter for demanding cutting processes such as laser cutting, flame cutting or plasma cutting to safely capture smoke and ultrafine particles. We also offer a low-maintenance alternative to electrofilters for coolants, which drastically reduces downtime. Our self-cleaning filter solutions guarantee consistent separation efficiency and minimize manual maintenance, which directly leads to lower operating costs.
