The holistic process air solution combines a powerful dust removal system with a total of 36 specifically arranged suction points, robust filter technology and uniform, draft-free air distribution via textile supply air hoses. An integrated heat recovery uses the energy of the purified exhaust air to efficiently preheat the fresh air and thus ensure a constant 18°C in both production halls.
The result: Clean production air, significantly reduced dust pollution, constant room temperatures and noticeably reduced energy consumption — ideal for high-precision grinding and polishing processes.
