Project details
INFRANORM® implemented at the Reutte site for Plansee, several coordinated process air solutions for different production areas. The requirements ranged from the reliable recording of emissions from presses and processing machines to the modernization of existing ventilation systems and the optimization of energy efficiency. A central sub-project was the implementation of a powerful press extraction with a flow rate of up to 40,000 m³/h. In addition, an existing ventilation system was modernized and adapted to current production requirements.
INFRANORM® developed for the cutting center a standalone ventilation concept with needs-based air flow, efficient filter technology and integrated heat recovery. All systems have been designed to create stable process conditions, reduce stress on employees and at the same time sustainably optimize energy use.
The result: Safe working conditions, improved air quality in several production areas and energy-efficient operation of process air technology.
