The company ZF Gusstechnologie from Nuremberg produces automotive parts such as housings for automatic transmissions in the foundries at the site. In one of these halls, seven die-casting machines with a clamping force of 1,750-2,500 tons produce large quantities of particulate matter containing separating agents. In order to protect the health of employees and ensure that they always fall below the legally prescribed limits, this project implemented indoor air purification with a low-maintenance dry dust removal filter.
