Do you have strong communication skills and are you passionate about office work? We are looking for reinforcements in the area of tele-sales and office support (m/f/d) — to acquire real industry giants and actively support our team!
- Keep an overview: creditor and debtor payments, invoice management, transfers, bank reconciliations and data traffic with accounting — you ensure a smooth process in the office
- Bringing customers into play: Actively contacting potential B2B customers for the first time, identifying requirements and qualifying interested parties, making appointments for sales representatives or sales engineers
- Act as an interface: Close cooperation with the sales team, coordination of reminders with project managers, data maintenance and documentation in the CRM system
