Telemarketing with Office Support (m/f/d)

Are you a strong communicator with a passion for office work? We are looking for new members to join our telesales and office support team—to help us acquire major industry players and provide active support to our team!
Your tasks are anything but usual:
Keep track of everything: accounts payable and receivable, invoice management, bank transfers, bank reconciliations, and data exchange with the accounting department—you ensure that everything runs smoothly in the office
Bringing customers into play: Actively contacting potential B2B customers by phone, assessing their needs and qualifying interested parties, scheduling appointments for field staff or sales engineers
Acting as an interface: Close cooperation with the sales team, coordinating reminders with project managers, data maintenance, and documentation in the CRM system
