Project details
As part of the technology partnership, INFRANORM® developed, in cooperation with Hörburger, a combined system solution for sustainable hall conditioning and centralized oil mist and oil smoke filtration. The solution combines two-stage adiabatic cooling with an energy-efficient fresh air supply and low-maintenance filter technology based on fiber-optic drainage technology.
A particular focus was placed on easy integration into existing ventilation systems.Through a newly developed pre-circuit, sustainable hall conditioning can also be retrofitted to existing systems without any loss of functionality or major interventions in the building management system.Hall and supply air temperature control is achieved with minimal effort and ensures constant production conditions.
In parallel, a central extraction solution for oil-containing aerosols was implemented. The filters ensure a consistently high separation efficiency with minimal maintenance costs and provide clear status monitoring of all filter stages.
The result: a holistic, energy-efficient system solution that can be flexibly adapted to various industrial applications.
“After presenting Sustainable Hall Conditioning, it was clear to us that this technology had great potential. Cooperation is characterized by open communication, a high level of competence and absolute handshake quality. ”
